"The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room itself is pretty basic. The cleaning wasn’t really on point but for short stays, we didn’t feel like complaining too much. There are some pastries in the morning in the lobby which were nice. The location is very practical and well connected. As for the pool, one thing to be known is that while it’s open 24/7, it’s not heated so it can be quite cold in the evening. Overall, a fair place for short stays in Mallorca!"

"The Hotel Continental Bordoy's location was ideal for us. We were walking distance from the Cathedral and other attractions. And the area had plenty of night life for drinks and food. We traveled from NYC and I remembered to pack a couple of voltage converters to charge our phones and laptop, I was surprised that there were no USB plugins. The front desk was always friendly and helpful in providing us with maps and calling us taxis. The breakfast included a buffet with variety of choices, keto and low carb, and a hot menu, which delicious and eft us full until dinner. The room was clean, and the temperature was comfortable."

"It was an excellent stay. The woman on the front desk with shoulder length brown hair is so so lovely and welcoming with the best smile and attitude. The room itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. It was an easy stay with no commotion or issues. Also the bathroom was very nice, with powerful shower and lots of ambient lighting that can be dimmed to your liking. Also, loved all the Rituals products provided in the bathroom. One thing to note is it seems to be in a popular location where many locals gather as there are benches outside and a small play area that was well used. We were able to hear some of the conversations happening out there at night which might be a problem for light sleepers. We were on the first floor so quite close to the ground / road level so this might be why we were able to hear so much, maybe the higher up rooms are quieter/ more soundproof."
