Truly an exceptional place. The house and our room (Naples) was like a dream. Even in winter where the outdoor facilities (pool etc) are not usable, there's nothing negative to say. It was worth the expense.

Absolutely breathtaking property, tucked away in the bustling city of Avignon. From the moment we arrived, Jean-Luc and Valérie were incredibly welcoming and couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable. We had the best night's sleep we've had in ages – the bed was so comfortable, and the whole house is full of charm and character. Lovely property in great location, only 10 mins from the bustling tow of Aix-de-Provence. Staff were great. Cocktails and restaurants were very high standard.

Fabulous stay from 2-4 August 2014. What made it so special was the amazingly helpful staff, particularly on reception, concierge and valet parking - genuinely wonderful people where nothing is too much trouble.

This was our second time staying and we were not disappointed! Beautifully clean and comfortable rooms, great amenities and helpful staff. We had a slight problem with our shower but it was resolved immediately. Would recommend every time!

Classy and chic in a super location for shops and the main square

The hotel Garlande is a great little hotel in the heart of Avignon. It is set in a cobbled backstreet close to the Papal Palace. The rooms are nice (we had a 3rd floor family room). It oozes charm and is quaint (we had to climb a spiral staircase to our room). The people running the hotel are amazing and are what makes this a place to defiantly visit. We had the most wonderful stay at Hôtel Saint Christophe! We were on our first visit to Aix-en-Provence for our birthdays. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Cours Mirabeau, close to all the restaurants, places of interest and even the local train and bus stations. The staff are absolutely lovely and keen to ensure you have a comfortable etay, providing information you need to get around. Breakfast is generous and really good. Loved the buttery croissants!
