Great hotel. Thoroughly recommend

WE had room 46, which was to the back of the hotel. When we checked in, we were told that we would be able to park right outside the room, but when we walked round to the room, there were concrete blocks preventing us from leaving the road to park outside the room. So, we parked in the road whilst we emptied the car. Downstairs was a seating area, and the toilet right off this area, which we thought a bit strange. If the toilet was used, then the consequences of the use would fill the seating area. The tea and coffee making area was also in the lounge area, but the strange thing is that there is no sink or water supply downstairs. So, to get water for the kettle, or to wash your hands after using the toilet,, you have to navigate the stairs, which are a little tight.

Beautiful hotel. Only negative was the AC wasn't working well. But they gave us fans the first night then upgraded our family to a suite for the remaining 3 nights atno chaege. Luca the Manager was super nice and accommodating. He even ordered my wife a curling iron when ours was accidentally left and discarded when we switched rooms. Would definitely stay here again. The town itself was super cool and the Chateau was directly on the water front with a sandy beach, club and restaurant all on the property.

I have so much to say but I am never the one to ruin anybody’s job or affect their income may their hearts be blessed
