This 1,874 square foot luxury townhome in Princeville’s Nihilani Community is elegantly furnished, with three full bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a Jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom.

The generously stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops and a central island, is perfect for preparing delicious meals as often or as little as you like. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are throughout the home. The attached two-car garage provides direct access to the house and a washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. The community pool features a Hawaiian garden setting for relaxing nearby.

Plenty of room for our group. Well supplied too! Great communication with Angela regarding the dryer. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The pool was a bonus. This place was very nice!

We loved the location of this property, it was an easy commute to our favorite north shore beaches. Plenty of room for our family. The traffic noise was louder than expected, and the main bathroom’s shower could use a deep clean, but we had everything we needed and a great vacation.

Great property. The tweens explored the house upon arrival and said, "this place is lit" (which means "great"). They were impressed with the game room. The porch was very nice for morning coffee.

For some of our group it was our first visit to this beautiful island. Cannot say enough good things about our vacation. The rental property was beautiful. Amazing location. The pool was nice. Awesome place

Property was amazing. We had a wonderful time. So appreciated pull out coach in office for our 15 yr old grandson. Working with Remax was easy, had all information needed. Only concern was fitting 2 large cars in garage. It was a puzzle but we figured it out.
