"Likes: Room was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful, buffet breakfast in restaurant was pretty expensive but I had a great variety and the fruit was very fresh. That bed was super comfortable and had nice soft sheets. Was offered to pay $15 extra to get early check-in in a different room and then they included late checkout, which was nice as our flight was delayed.. Wasn't bothered by any staff, but they were there if I needed them, which is something I like. Dislikes: there is no ventilation in the washroom which makes for uncomfortable bathroom smells and makes it difficult to get ready after a shower because of condensation. The only other mirror in the room was located in the closet which is awkward and had poor lighting and no plug-ins nearby to facilitate a blow dryer or curling iron. I had to get completely ready before my husband took a shower in his deer to avoid running my hair. This took time out of our busy schedule that we could've used to do other things."

"Good location, very walkable area. Helpful staff. Slippery shower situation. If you are on the 2nd floor, outside speakers from restaurant below play music until after 11pm."

"Staff were friendly, parking elevator was out of service and it caused a lot of issues for unloading and loading again at the end. Breakfast area was always full and did not have enough space for us. "

"The hotel is charming! In the historic, formerly industrial Westinghouse building built in the 1920s . But hotel is completely modern and luxurious on the inside. It is perfect location to walk to many attractions. 10 minutes to Roger Centre and CN Tower (they are next to each other). another 5 minutes past these to the waterfront. 8 minutes to the closest subway station (St. Andrews). This hotel is in the Entertainment District - 3 theaters on King Street between the hotel and St. Andrews subway station. Starbucks across the street at Hyatt Regency and foodstore/drug store on the corner. Plenty of restaurants around. Hotel provides robes, slippers, fridge, water bottles. At the ice machines there are water refill stations, something I haven't seen before. You can also pair your streaming services to their tv, as long as your streaming service supports that. TV walks you through the process. Staff are attentive and very pleasant. Someone always looked up from the front desk to smile and say hello. We arrived with a car. Only valet available. We never used the car until we left. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Toronto."
