The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and even rude. We said that the wifi was not working for us and he said we could leave which we were glad to do because the room had a very strong unpleasant smell to it but then he would not give us proof of a zero balance nor would he tell us his name.

Well ,I didnt get to sleep until they moved me in another room at 1.00,constant noise from room above.the microwave didn't work the fridge was missing a leg,reception was cold,except sign in was ok.Wanted to get a refund but no one was there but its not Too late.I never right reviews but they should reimburse me for a terrible stay..Breakfast was just ok..

The Red Lion Inn and Suites should only be an option if there are no other hotels available--which was the case for us. It is a typical Patel Hotel, with little in the realm of maintenance or cleanliness. The only benefits: it was close to our destination and it was, surprisingly, quiet.

I stay for 2 nights. The first night i did not sleep well due to the bed feeling lumpy and uncomfortable. The second night was no great as well. The walls seemed to amplify the voices from the room next door to the point where I had to ask the front desk to speak with them after over an hour. The ceiling echoed movement above me room most of the night as well. The window was closed and locked but vehicle noise was still coming through the window. Breakfast was from 6-10 yet this morning I left at 9:30 and the entire are was cleaned and broke down. The staff I interacted with were professional and friendly.

The property was fine for our needs but the wifi kept going out and the tv would only work periodically. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it didn’t really bother us that much. Just when we were winding down and trying to relax.

My overall experience was very good. Check-in was great. My room was very clean and tidy. A refrigerator would’ve been nice, but not necessary. Overall property was clean and tidy, very quiet restful night sleep. The only thing that I think would need improvement for my opinion Would be the breakfast. It was very slim, meaning toast, donuts, waffles, it had nothing of a traditional, American breakfast like scrambled eggs and a little frozen sausages that many of the hotels provide for breakfast. They also had cereal and milk available other than that my stay was great I would come again or find a hotel that is a low price like the red lion that provides a better breakfast.

Staff would not talk to me during check-in process room was dirty cat litter everywhere on the floor of the bathroom room smelled microwave dirty refrigerator, dirty previous Guest medication bottle on the floor floors were dirty not vacuumed light was out mirror were dirty Bedding had cat hair all over check out process was terrible was told by staff don’t you see the baskets put your card there asked for a receipt and was told they did not do them and I could look at my credit card statement. Would never recommend this hotel the worst day at a place I’ve ever been.

This has to be one of the most horrible hotel experiences I have ever had. The room had no hair dryer. There was no ice available. The staff was playing a disappearing act. It took me 20 minutes to check-in because I could not find anyone at the front desk when I came in. I could never find staff when I needed them. When I finally did encounter them, they did not even look up, greet me, or even speak to me. They were just grunting. The place is old and run down and gross. The freeway next to the hotel.has loud rumbling from 5 am on. The heater was loud and could not be regulated. Just not a lot positive I can stay for this place. But it was cheap; get what you pay for. BTW there was a cute house cat who had the run of the place. Jumped up on the counter as I was checking out and put its nose right on mine. It's great if you like that sort of thing.

Got key, went to room and never even set bags down for the room was not clean. Saw what looked to be blood on bathroom floor, toilet was not cleaned, floor was not vacuumed and beds sheets were not changed. I turned back around and went back to front desk and expressed what I found and would NOT be staying there. She said can I get another room for you and I told her NO I wouldn’t be staying there. She said she understood and it was no surprise to her about the uncleanliness. I am not picky about plain rooms or even outdated decor but I do demand clean.

When getting dressed ready for bed, I looked at the door connecting to the next room and there was about an inch gap where I could see directly into their room. I felt super uncomfortable with this. I went to lay down and moved the pillow and found 2 little bugs between the pillows. I instantly got scared it was a bed bug but wanted to double check with the night attendant. I told her I may be overreacting and was kinda hoping for reassurance. She went above and beyond getting me a new room and kept apologizing. The new room was slightly nicer and I thoroughly inspected all sheets, mattress and pillows. I slept really well in the bed. I did struggle with getting the phone to work (I had left my phone at work) and the TV was slightly uncooperative as well. Overall not the worst, staff/service was 5 stars but the hotel itself could use some work. Thanks!

I'm right by an exit door and I'm a smoker. So I have not far to go to have a cigarette. And the laundry is in the building and is right outside my door I don't hear a thing sure that's fine.

So the first room that they put us in the first two nights we were there the key card did not work. If we left our room we either had to leave it with the door jamb in the door risking somebody breaking in or rather just walking in. Or we had to go all the way down to the lobby which was on the other side of the building and ask them to let us in. They do not have continental breakfast they do not have a pool. The drawers in our room one of them look like it literally had drug paraphernalia burned inside of it but it could have been cleaned up a little bit it wasn't it's a no smoking room but yet there's burn holes in the bathroom floor. The non-speaking owner could not find my reservation for the third night so he kept coming down and yelling at us even though we called them together and made sure that we had the reservation. And that it was on the hotel then he did
