This villa, nestled in the Corsican maquis, which you occupy half, is part of a private and secured residential complex. Centuries-old and green oaks cast pleasant shadows on the large terraces, and an unobstructed view of the sea and the great lighthouse of La Chiappa awaits you. The three bedrooms on the first floor face the same side as the terrace, and there is a beautiful sea view from the small room on the upper floor. Just a few minutes away stretch the paradisiacal and popular beaches of La Chiappa, Palombaggia, Rondinara and Santa Giulia. Their turquoise waters and white sand make dreams come true. For active vacationers, various water sports activities await on the beaches, and those who just want to relax can rent a sun lounger. A few minutes away by car, Port Vecchio makes a nice impression with its harbor and several stores. In the far south, Bonifacio awaits you with its strait, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, whose high limestone cliffs are a rare and impressive sight.

Une vue fantastique mais une maison nécessitant un coup de frais

La vue du salon et de la terrasse est vraiment superbe, quelque soit l’heure on ne s’en lasse pas. La maison est plutôt bien équipée en vaisselle, fond de cuisine etc. Tout se fait en voiture mais rapidement avec notamment la proximité de la très belle plage de Palombaggia.En revanche, sur deux petits frigidaires seul 1 fonctionnait et avec cette chaleur c’était gênant. Les huisseries sont vieillissantes et laissent des petits morceaux de bois à chaque ouverture / fermeture, la terrasse extérieure n’est pas entretenue ( bac de plante cassé au milieu de la terrasse) nous avons eu à deux reprises des invasions de fourmis dans la maison. Les moustiquaires sont pour la majorité d’entre elles très sales voire cassées et donc inutilisables. Le barbecue n’était pas fonctionnel: nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour la recharge de gaz et n’avons jamais eu de retour. La vue est incroyable mais le confort est vraiment sommaire, le rapport qualité/prix n’était pas au niveau. Nous n’avons eu aucun contact physique ni à l’arrivée ni au départ, seulement échange téléphonique pour les modalités de récupération des clefs.

Une vue et un cadre magnifiques

Maison très bien située avec une très belle vue sur le golfe de Porto Vecchio et la pointe de la Chiappa. Maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, pratique à vivre, avec différents espaces de vie. Proximité de plusieurs plages (mais voiture indispensable) et lieux de restauration.
