Place was pretty overlooking the ocean nice beach but small. Rooms were old. Shower was dirty liens were stained and place needed a face lift When you book on Expedia they gave us the worst room and told us that when we booked with Expedia you can not upgrade which I found insulting. They did have live music everyday. The food from the restaurant was good and the service was good especially Wellington. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The front office was not very helpful especially with transportation to Trancoso. They didn’t know the bus schedule and were recommending Taxi service for over $100 Us for a 20 minute ride. They must be getting a kick back

The hotel grounds are nice and well kept. There is an omnipresent security presence. Love the oceanfront sound of the waves. The restaurant is good, breakfast is very good. The rooms are not very comfortable. No comfortable chairs. Rugs, etc. no amenities. Bare bones Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. inconsistent service. The bathrooms smell like public bathrooms. No insect screens!! This would be a decent mid priced hotel but is way too expensive for the experience.

Fraudulent pictures, not even close to what was advertised. The front desk was somewhat lost with our reservation and finally took us to our room. It was half the size advertised on pictures. They were expecting our call already because they immediately replied that this is our bungalow as advertised. We were welcome to cancel and upgrade if we want a change, but their reservation is non refundable and was prepaid!!! There was rat poop on the balcony everywhere and on the balcony table. The view we had was looking at a old roof top and a rundown backyard with smell of fried fish and chicken all day. The kitchen for the facility was located right under our room. Terrible experience!!!! We asked for an afternoon coffee and the waitress could not provide us milk for the coffee because according to her kitchen wouldn’t allow to serve anything that was not in the menu. Even if you want to pay for the milk. Please stay away from this property to ensure a nice vacation time.

Minha experiência no Arraial Bangalô Praia Hotel foi excelente e superou minhas expectativas. A localização é ótima para quem está de carro. O hotel fica próximo à balsa e em frente à praia, proporcionando praticidade e fácil acesso. Além disso, conta com estacionamento seguro, o que é um grande diferencial na região. Para quem não está de carro, é importante considerar que o hotel fica mais afastado do centro e das principais praias de Arraial d'Ajuda, sendo necessário caminhar até a região da balsa para utilizar vans e outros meios de transporte. Os quartos são amplos, bem equipados e muito confortáveis. A cama é ótima, o banheiro é espaçoso e tudo estava extremamente limpo e organizado. O atendimento merece destaque: toda a equipe foi muito educada, atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a estadia. O café da manhã é muito bom, com grande variedade de opções e tapiocas preparadas na hora, o que faz toda a diferença. A estrutura do hotel também é excelente. A piscina é muito boa, sempre limpa e bem cuidada, e a estrutura de praia oferece bastante conforto. O custo-benefício é excelente, principalmente considerando a qualidade das instalações, o atendimento e a estrutura oferecida. O único ponto de melhoria é a estabilidade do Wi-Fi nos quartos, que apresentou oscilações durante a estadia. Nas demais áreas do hotel, como recepção e espaços comuns, a conexão funcionou perfeitamente. No geral, foi uma experiência muito positiva e eu voltaria a me hospedar novamente.

Minha experiência no hotel ficou abaixo do esperado. O principal problema foi a limpeza: o banheiro permanecia sujo com frequência e a arrumação feita pela camareira deixava bastante a desejar, dando a impressão de que a limpeza não era realizada com o devido cuidado. A estrutura do hotel também precisa de atenção, pois algumas áreas estão visivelmente necessitando de reformas e manutenção, o que compromete o conforto da estadia. O café da manhã era simples, porém satisfatório, com opções suficientes para começar o dia, embora sem grande variedade. Em relação ao atendimento, os funcionários, de maneira geral, não foram muito prestativos e demonstraram pouca disposição para ajudar. O único ponto realmente positivo foi a equipe do bar, que sempre foi educada, atenciosa e prestativa, proporcionando um atendimento de qualidade. Com melhorias na limpeza, na manutenção das instalações e no treinamento da equipe de atendimento, o hotel tem potencial para oferecer uma experiência muito melhor aos hóspedes. Atualmente, porém, acredito que há aspectos importantes que precisam ser corrigidos.

A área comum do hotel é maravilhosa, piscina muito gostosa, grande, com um bar com ótimo atendimento, aliás todos os funcionários foram ótimos. Hotel pé na areia, ótima praia, vista maravilhosa, boa localização, porém, o quarto em que fiquei (básico), apresentou muitos problemas com: TV, descarga, pia - mas fomos transferidos ao quarto ao lado, o que melhorou um pouco. A limpeza também poderia ser melhor. Outro ponto negativo é que eles fazem: day-use. Isso causou fila enorme no café da manhã a espera da tapioca e também do self-service. Prejudicou também a piscina maravilhosa que ficou cheia de gente sem comprometimento com a organização do local. Eu paguei pela estada durante o carvanal todo e me senti prejudicada pois esse pessoal chegou cedo e ocupou todas as mesas frente mar. Infelizmente, por essa questão, na próxima vez, procurarei um hotel que não ofereça esse tudo de serviço. Mas quem não liga, a estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa.

Vocês sabem que quando eu gosto eu gosto: Vamos lá: Já ficamos algumas vezes hospedados no mesmo hotel , mas muitas vezes questionamos : O porquê de não ter shampoo e condicionador nos quartos pelos valores cobrados nos quartos poderia ter produtos de primeira (Não tem shampoo nem condicionador, uma vergonha) . A limpeza está ótima, o local maravilhoso com preços muito acessíveis. Porém algumas coisas deixam a desejar a piscina está um pouquinho abandonado, academia em condições miseráveis produtos enferrujados e equipamentos estragados e quebrados , acredito que poderia ser dado um pouco mais de atenção pelos valores cobrados que eu acredito ser muito caro. Café da manhã poderia ter produtos de maior qualidade com zero açúcar e iogurte de boas marcar. Tá fraco. Mais pode melhorar com certeza. Vou voltar
