Possibly because I booked through Expedia, but that shouldn't be my problem, and it really annoyed me. Not a word of apology from the host, again, might be language barrier, but does not show them in the best light. "This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. "We booked from 17 th July to 27th .Many comments here did not do the hotel justice. They criticised the hotel for being outdated whilst this is the theme of the hotel(70’s), it reminds you of beautiful memories. The location is great, you have underground free parking, most hotels in Europe now charge you a daily rate of €14 euros per night. The staff are amazing, from the reception , great lady who did our room, the staff at breakfast, always have a smile, the breakfast is great especially the coffee. Always 2 cappuccinos first then 2 espresso’s.
The restaurant is also great. Great holiday, if I do come back to Sardinia, I will book at this hotel without hesitation.
