Over all it was ok. The staff were really friendly. The hot water pressure on the shower was very poor and the metal frame bunk bed for the little one didn't sound safe at all so we stuck the mattress on the floor. Parking outside is very limited, but there is a near by street with free parking. Good location from the beaches and just a short walk into the centre of Newquay. Would stay again in the future.

The first floor was very rundown with grubby warn and dangerous carpet in the corridors. Room 15 had a mini wash basin with only a cold water tap. Room 1 had a tiny wash trough as part of the cistern. Both rooms had lumpy beds. Very basic and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Beautiful place to stay. Incredibly peaceful yet really easy to get to. All the small touches were thought of and there was everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!
