The property was perfectly located right in the heart of Newquay and walking distance to everything. Got lucky with parking as every time I returned there was a spot in front of the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again if I was visiting Newquay.

Room was beautiful and clean comfy beds and well ventilated. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great good choice of food although the full English did seem a little small . Lovely food in both restaurants with amazing views of the bay. Spa looked amazing didn’t use it as weather was so hot we went to the beach instead this time.

The TV didn't work well most of the time, there is no elevator, so wheelchair access is poor. The room was not cleaned during our stay, so the rubbish ..."
