The room was spotless and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. I liked that there were large containers holding the hair and body products and not all the small bottles of product. The disappointment was in the morning coffee and tea station. The tea water was never nice and hot nor was the coffee. Plus cold creamer and it makes for a very disappointing morning drink by the fire place. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there
