The shower didn't when you turned the knob the water barley came out of the shower head nor did the water drain out of the tub so you had to stand in water the whole time while you took a shower. The door frame to the bathroom was broken actually part of the door frame was missing. When I called the front desk the lady seemed annoyed that I even called to get the shower fixed. I know this wasn't the RItz but come on the shower should work and the water should drain out of the tub On check out I talked to the manager and all she said was "so sorry" she didn't even try to give me a little discount for all of this.
