Great location across the street from QFC and in a quiet neighborhood! The unit was very clean and bright with a new kitchen and bathroom. The heat lamp in the bathroom was very cozy too! The host was very responsive and clear, and we were able to park off the street which was nice. Walls were a little thin in the main area but not too bad. We would definitely stay here again!
If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious, quiet apartment with a responsive host you will be pleased with this apt. It is a basement apartment and chilly some mornings, but a space heater helped. Kitchen supplies are very limited, but all new appliances. Easy check-in process.
Property was very clean, attractive and well stocked with necessities. I loved that there is a supermarket across the street. Elaine was very helpful and friendly.
Perfect spot for reaching anything on the east side. Great kitchen and beds.

This is a basement apartment. It says it's "entire house" but the day we left, I got instructions about going in a side door and that there's "shared ventilation". I expected a duplex after hearing that, and having lived in that area previously. You open the side door and it's like a split level, one side there's a black comforter tacked up to hide the door to the upstairs and the other side is a drop off and some stairs. There's almost nothing in the apartment except the beds and couch. Most the doors are locked. It was freezing so we turned the space heaters on which flipped the breaker. Don't buy stuff to cook, there was no cooking supplies. We heard the upstairs people the whole time including heating them pop popcorn on Saturday night. Sunday morning were the chickens in the backyard? Maybe next door? It was a huge huge bummer for us. It's my fault for making reservations at a place who had few reviews. This is also really dangerous for both parties to not mention other people living in the house you're renting.
