"First time in Lisbon. The hotel staff was helpful and staff quickly answered questions sent via Expedia. The staff booked a tour with a minimum of effort to coordinate. The room was clean, shower strong. The location is very good for walking. "

"It is a nice hotel. The cleanliness is good and breakfast is very good. However, is very tricky to get to the elevators with luggage because of the stairs between the front desk and the elevator area to get to your rooms. "

Would rate as a 5 star hotel. The welcome gift was a nice touch! Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting. You will not be disappointed. "
