The location was excellent for exploring the main sights of Lisbon. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was good too. But the real highlight was the service from the reception team, particularly the outstanding Daniela for whom nothing was too much trouble, helping all members of our small group in so many ways.

The staff was very nice and helpful they made you feel like part of the family the place was spotless.I called room service asked for extra towels and also for adapter so I can plug in my phone They were at the door within five minutes with both itemsthat’s amazing they also provided me with an ironing board and iron for the whole time I I was there I would give them five stars.
