Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Retreat by the Sea offers modern accommodations with stunning views of Cape San Blas peninsula where St Joseph Bay meets the Gulf of Mexico. The views will WOW you as will the comfortable living arrangements with 3 king bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & double balconies. Beautifully appointed décor throughout will lift spirits as will easy access to the iconic Lookout Lounge & Package; directly across the street. Beach access does not get any closer than this, BEACHFRONT!

Whether it's morning coffee or burgers from the charcoal grill, alfresco dining options are as plentiful as the views. Choose to relax on the lower, covered patio with an outdoor shower or opt for better views from the 2nd floor balcony. The 3rd floor master bedroom offers private access to an additional second balcony. Easily gaze down miles of coastline from East to West, Port St. Joe, St. Joe Beach, to Mexico Beach and the Cape in the distance.

Fully functional open concept between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining room table is bench style with seating for 8. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with dishes and utensils. A starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending upon the length of stay, additional amenities may need to be purchased. Appliances are all stainless, and best of all, beach/water views!

My best friend and I came from CA and absolutely loved our condo there. It was clean, adorably decorated, peaceful, spacious, and had a stunning view. Everything we needed was already stocked. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took both our mothers for a winter weekend at the beach. This property was right on the beach and even though it was cold, we had the best view and could hear the ocean waves even with the glass doors closed. It was amazing.

Well furnished & clean condo! We enjoyed the direct beach access and sitting area under the house. The bunkbed was a hit for the kids! There was a liquor store & bar directly across the street and food trucks & a Dollar General were a walkable distance. We will be back!

Being on the water was fabulous and we loved spending time on both decks. The kitchen was well appointed. The knives were sharp which is unusual on rentals and the pans were great. The management company was great checking in with us and responding to any questions!

Property and location was outstanding. Spend our mornings and evenings on the back deck. Kids could come and go to the beach when they wanted. Outdoor shower was great. Ice machine right across the street for daily cooler refills. Best beach trip We’ve ever had.

This property and the area surrounding is was absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. We had numerous kids and three adults in our group. The place was beautiful ands spacious. It has everything that you need. She was very responsive in answering any questions that we had. I would love to stay here again.

Had a little hiccup with the entry code, but VRBO resolved the issue quickly. Please be aware that the property owner prefers texting as the best way to communicate. Both the property and the beach were beautiful. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Neighbors were very friendly. Wish we had the time to stay longer.

We can not say enough wonderful things about this property and the location. We have stayed for years in another area of Florida until someone suggested we check out Port St. Joe. The area is amazing, beautiful, friendly and welcoming. And this condo makes staying there the most wonderful experience! The view from the property is perfect, the beach is spacious, private and just steps away. With 2 kids in tow it could not have been an easier and more convenient spot. The owner is so fast to respond and so nice to communicate with. This was our favorite vacation so far. We are already counting down until we can come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Retreat By the Sea. The kitchen was well stocked and the short walk to the beach was amazing!! There were two things we were unhappy with. I'll share these because I think you would want to change them for future guests. 1-the towels in the bathrooms were few and very very thin and used. 2-I'm sure at least two of the king beds had sand in them when we got in them the first night. Other than that, we were very pleased.

There's not enough great things I can say about this diamond of a property. We arrived to a covered parking area that walks out straight onto a covered deck/patio area, fully furnished with grill, couches and chairs. That area walks straight out onto the beach. Fantastic views followed upon entering the property. We've traveled and stayed at dozens of destinations over the years. This was by far the cleanest and most well maintained property we've ever stayed in. We even started looking for issues, just to see if we could find any, didnt happen, lol. Appliances were all new. Bathrooms were immaculate, kitchen was fully furnished. Two awesome balconies overlooking the beach. We already booked a come back trip for September because we were so impressed. Also all the neighbors were super friendly and inviting. They gave us tips to the best local shopping, restaurants and hang out locations. 100% 5 Star rating.
