This beautiful 3bedroom 2 bath single family home is located in Laguna Vista. This house has a full access to the garage a washer and dryer and fenced backyard. The living room has a pull-out couch and two comfortable recliners and a Smart TV. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and full bathroom and Smart TV to stream. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has Twin bed and a twin trundle along with a TV so you can bring your own game console. The patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. There is a walking trail steps away the house so you can enjoy bird watching. You will also have access to the community pool located at 1 Ocelot road along with the fitness center and tennis courts.

Overall, the house was a good size. However, upon further inspection, it was discovered that the bathtub in the master bathroom was full of cracks and therefore unusable. Also, the bed in the front secondary bedroom was 2 mattresses on a rickety metal frame. It was not able to support an adult’s body, making it unusable as well. Overall, the home would have been great, but was clearly not ready to accommodate a family’s stay.
