"Loved the location. My son and husband fished off the back porch every morning and evening. We even saw dolphins. One of the rooms is a little dated and had a noisy mattress which was slightly annoying but the other room was extremely comfortable. Will definitely book again when we come to town."

"Book through southpadretrips.com, that is who this property is originally managed through and it's cheaper. When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

"This property is a great little beach bungalow. Its not on the water side, but has a good view of the bay right across. Great location. Lovely little getaway for a family tht is very spread out."

"We really enjoyed the layout of the home and the fact that all the bedrooms had a TV. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. We only had an issue with the water temperature in the master and one of the bedroom doors, which were both fixed. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was available for last minute booking and I was very pleased. Location was very convenient to South Padre beach. I loved my view of gold course and lake from master bedroom patio. This property has all of the amenities advertised on listing. I will definitely book again my next visit to the area."

"This was our family’s first time in South Padre. The house was beautiful, comfy, clean and just the perfect getaway. Not too close but not too far from the beach/island life. Staff onsite was friendly and helpful and Brena was amazing. She was super accommodating and answered all of our questions right away! Can’t wait to stay again"

"First time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. Room was clean and spacious enough. The mini split AC kept the room cold which was a plus! Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good; can’t go wrong with waffles for us. The breakfast seating area is limited though. The only complaint: the ceiling of the bathroom in the room we stayed needs a good touch-up."

"Garantía de Holiday Inn, IHG. Me gustan mucho las habitaciones espaciosas con sofá cama para que duerman mis niños y tener espacio para el equipaje. Desayuno americano variado, alberca con agua templada, fácil acceso caminando a la playa. Un plus fue el abanico de techo en la habitación ya que no tuvimos problema con secar los trajes de baño. El único inconveniente fue que se despegó sola una moldura esquinera y cayó sobre mi niña de 6 años que iba pasando. Afortunadamente no pasó a mayores. Otro detalle que el huevo que se ofrece en el desayuno es todo igual, cuando fue con pimientos mis hijos no quisieron comerlo. Con el estacionamiento no batallamos y cruzamos directo a sea turtle inc y birding center. Esperamos volver seguido."
