When you go through the third party rental company RedAwning, you get charged a $400+ property fee. Communication is lacking due to two rental management companies. Property is nice with a nice view and close to many nice restaurants and the lighthouse. "

"We enjoyed our stay but there were quite a number of things wrong: 1\. One chair was broken 2\. When we got there, the bedroom fan was on high but we couldn't find the remote for a couple of days. We finally found it under the bed. 3\. The outside light didn't work. 4\. The instructions mentioned a small remote for the DVD but there was no DVD 5\. The scissors were too dull to use. 6\. The remote for the livingroom light didn't work."

"My wife asked the host if there were any other handicap spots available and the host replied park in one of the electric spots. When I was moving the truck a rude GM, as a passenger, pulled up in a Ford Lighting. He didn’t ask about what we were doing and we had to get out of that spot. "Internet okay. Our room smelled musty. It was spring break so getting soiled towels pick up and clean ones left we had to keep asking. Door locks need to be replaced which will be happening soon. Got locked out a couple of times. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Breakfast was good. They need to put felts on the bottom of their chairs. You can hear them being pulled in and out from other rooms. "
