"This hotel is not as advertised - it is not a HOLIDAY INN. This hotel you end up at was a HI EXPRESS, BUT is now a OYO HOTEL BELVILLA - that is in severe need of a refresh, it still has HI EXPRESS signage.. NO POOL, NO DINING ROOM, NO where near a H Inn.. Hotels.com wouldn't do anything about it, the staff here say this us common issue... I let H Inn known re the situation.. totally and morally wrong..!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Whilst the chef/kitchen were very amendable to preparing gluten free options they could life easier for themselves by tweaking the menu. I will be going back."
