"Arrived on early flight, dropped luggage off at 10am and asked if possible would the room be available any earlier than 3pm. Was told to come back and check at 1pm which we did and it was ready, really helpful with young kids! Spacious room, great location and probably one of the best breakfasts on the island."

"Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. There's so much within a short walk (Tesco, restaurants, takeaway, The Isle of Man Railway, etc) that a handier location is hard to imagine. The view over the strand to the bay and surrounding cliffs is magnificent. The flat makes a nice home away from home for all the needs and comforts during travel, and we appreciated being able to spread out and eat at home for some meals. One temporary challenge we had was that parking is on-street parking that, while free, isn't always available. We arrived during a beautiful beach day, and all nearby street parking was occupied. We had to begin sightseeing straightaway and return later in the day when people began leaving the beach. Overall, great holiday!"
