Grupotel Cala Marsal Natura Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at Grupotel Club Cala Marsal. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Pilar in the restaurant for her kindness and excellent service, and to the reception team especially Rayssa for making us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Regarding the parking issues mentioned by other guests, I personally didn’t find this to be a problem. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces available around the property. It is simply on a first-come, first-served basis, which is understandable considering the hotel has around 350 rooms or more. It would be unrealistic to expect the hotel to guarantee a dedicated parking space for every guest We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

"Great hotel, just a 7 min walk to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. The hotel's pools were really nice and very well maintained with plenty of sunbeds. Bars and restaurants were good. Breakfast and dinner were lovely and would recommend going half board as dinner on the roof top restaurant was fab. Local bus to Palma left from from the beach area and whilst busy it was very convenient and easy to use. I would highly recommend this hotel and location.."
