Man hat alles was man braucht und mit dem Außenbad fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts, um einen schönen entspannten Pool Tag zu erleben. Man kann Abends wunderbar draußen sitzen und grillen. Das Haus ist alt aber hat Charme und ist großzügig. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und die Handtücher sind sehr hochwertig. Man hat überall Klimatisierung, wenn man möchte. Der Ort Ariany ist klein und ruhig aber das wussten wir und da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war es kein Problem für uns. Man erreicht aber auch einen kleinen Supermarkt im Ort zu Fuß. Wir waren eine Woche zu zweit und eine Woche mit unseren Kindern und hatten eine tolle Zeit in den Herbstferien. Wir haben uns insgesamt und auch mit dem Gastgeber sehr wohl gefühlt, er ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Preis/Leistung absolut gut! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :-) Cons: Leider war nebenan eine Baustelle und entweder gab es Baulärm oder laute Musik der Bauarbeiter tagsüber. Allerdings nicht an allen Tagen und nicht dauernd. Die Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer ist sehr laut und klappert bei Wind. Unbedingt Insektenschutz mitnehmen! Pros: Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf in der Nähe von Alcudia. Der Strand von Alcudia ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es fehlt nichts. Der Garten ist besonders tool, da die hohen Mauern vor Einblicke schützen. Man ist also total ungestört. Wir waren zu mit unseren zwei Kindern in diesem Haus und mit zwei mittelgroßen Hunden. Es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Wir würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen! ---
