The house is located in the quiet and pretty district of La Birochère, a few minutes walk from the customs path, the beach and the market. The garden is enclosed, facing the castle and landscaped. Ideal for a family holiday. <br>It has a very bright floor, a large living room opening onto a terrace, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. <br>It is very well equipped (with 2 fridge-freezers, ceramic hobs, an oven and a microwave, a dishwasher with products included, filter and capsule coffee makers, toaster, kettle, waffle iron, blender, soft drink stream...). In the garage, a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, canister and robot vacuum cleaners. <br>The bedding and appliances (except oven) are recent and of very good quality. The mattresses are very thick (allow 30 cm for fitted sheets)<br>For rainy days and telecommuting, there is high-speed wi-fi access, a large television with Canal access, Deezer, Netflix, small speakers, many board games, tourist guides, books and magazines for young and old. <br>For sunny days: a Weber barbecue, large garden furniture and deckchairs. 4 adult bicycles (equipped with baskets, but no child seat), a ping-pong table and rackets, many games (molki, petanque, tennis and beach rackets...), beach chairs are also available.<br>Upstairs: - a landing with bench, leading to each of the two bedrooms and the toilet<br> - a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, 240/260 duvet<br> - a bedroom with two 90/200 beds, 140/200 duvets<br> - a separate toilet with washbasin<br> - a bathroom with shower accessible from each of the 2 bedrooms<br>On the ground floor: - a separate kitchen<br> - a living-dining room <br> - a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, 240/260 duvet<br> - a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, 240/260 duvet<br> - a new bathroom with large walk-in shower (baby bath available), non-separate toilet<br> - a garage-laundry room. <br>A gardener ensures maintenance 1 to 2 times a month according to needs. Cleaning is taken care of by a company between each stay for the sum of 140 euros; it can be done during your stay if you wish. <br>Tea towels, bath mats, coated tablecloths, bed linen are provided.
