Traditional detached house located 10 km from the beaches, 20 km from Pornic, 30 km from Nantes, 40 km from Noirmoutier and St. Nazaire.  
400 m² unfenced garden with 2 terraces (south/west facing). Parking on the property. Garage.  
Single-story: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with two 100x200cm twin beds), shower room, and separate toilet.  
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, freezer compartment, baby bed and high chair.  
Included: sheets.  
Not included: electricity, electric heating, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business guests (€90).
