Nous déplorons le ménage qui était vraiment limite. Nous avons du faire la poussière (et les toiles d'araignées) et l'aspirateur en arrivant. Un peu décevant quand on sait qu'on a des frais de nettoyage en plus en payer! Nous regrettons aussi qu'il n'y ai pas un barbecue sur la terrasse et quelques chaises longues pour pleinement profiter du jardin. ##### Mathilde F. Magnifique maison même si elle manque foncièrement d'entretien. Excellente localisation. Quartier Gourmalon est très calme. A noter la présence de pas mal d'escaliers au sein de la maison qui peut être handicapant pour les enfants en très bas âge, personnes agées ou handicapées.
