  • Are you looking to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in this garden house with ocean views that can accommodate up to 9 people, ideally located at the foot of the Corniche and the Chemin des Douaniers, near Montbeau Beach?
    The house consists of two separate units with a summer dining area between them, allowing you to enjoy your privacy while still gathering to eat and spend quality time together with family or friends.
    One unit features one bedroom, a kitchenette, TV, sofa, bathroom, and terrace.
    One unit features two bedrooms (two 140-cm beds), a living area with a sofa bed and TV, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
    Enclosed property with several parking spaces available,
    - 30 m from Montbeau Beach, accessible via the coastal trail,
    - 50 m from the town of Sainte-Marie, its shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) and its two weekly markets
    - 1.5 km from the golf course - 1 km from the Leclerc and Super U stores.

    You can leave your car parked during your stay and get around on foot or by bike using the VELOCEAN bike paths. The house is on a fenced-in lot with a garden and a beautiful ocean view from the front yard.

    Rates: weekly rates from Saturday to Saturday; tourist tax not included. Nightly rentals available upon request depending on the season (minimum 5 nights), excluding school holiday periods. Cleaning service available for 120 euros.

Les propriétaires ont été très intentionnés. La maison est toute proche de la mer.

La disposition de 2 espaces de vie séparés est très appréciable quand on a des ados ou une autre famille.
