Netflix & WiFi Recently completed, luxury refurbishment of a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment on Sandbanks Road in Poole. Amazingly well positioned, only 2 miles from the world famous Sandbanks blue flag beaches, 1 mile from old town Poole and the quay, 3 miles to Bournemouth, half a mile from 2 marinas and a quarter of a mile to the sea / harbour! - Great easy location to see the whole local area! Several amazing restaurants are only walking distance! We have Smart TVs in every room & high speed WiFi+NetFlix Beautifully finished, self contained, high spec 3 bedroom holiday apartment. Everything is brand new! Living room / Kitchen / Diner Large wall mounted SMART TV, Large 3 seater sofa & 4 seater dining table. Kitchen features stone worktops, Neff oven & Hob, full height fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom is large with king size bed, twin built in wardrobes, SMART TV & dressing table. There is also the option of an extra single bed making this a family room. Bedroom 2 is a good sized double with integrated wardrobe, led back lighting and wall mounted SMART TV. Bedroom 3 is a modest double with a separate integrated wardrobe and wall mounted SMART TV. There is also a desk work/reading area in the hallway. We have fast dedicated WiFi throughout with smart connected TVs in every room so no fighting over what to watch! BBC/ITV/C4 Catch up + Netflix! The location of the apartment is great! Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and coffee shops plus only a 5 minute drive to the world famous sandbanks Beach! We've found the space works really well as everyone has their own room with a fully connected TV so they can retreat for some private space which is always nice when staying as a group. This also works really well with kids as it avoids any TV related arguments! The lounge also provide a nice social space for when people want to come together. This is a self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the 1st floor with a single run of stairs from the ground floor. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, additional toilet, kitchen, seating and desk/work area. You'll have the whole place to yourself with uninterrupted privacy. We are local hosts living nearby, happy to help where we can. If you need any local info please don't hesitate to ask. Desirable part of Whitecliff, 5 minute walk from the sea. Opposite is a trendy surf cafe that does amazing breakfast and lunch, next door is also yoga studio if that is your thing! There is also a very good local butchers and convenience shop opposite and next door where you can find everything you need. Within a few minutes of the apartment you have a massive choice of restaurants, bars & coffee shops - please do ask for recommendations! Poole and Bournemouth town centres are only 10 minutes away. The golden sandy beaches are 5 minutes up the road. There is a bus stop directly on the road outside. There are also easy local car parks whether you're heading for the town centre, beach or shopping. There is free road parking in all the roads surrounding the apartment. The place itself was situated above shops, something I wouldn’t have gone for had I known. Whilst the property was clean, there areas of concern, like the mould in the bathroom or water marks around the plug socket. The shower wasn’t the best either. I planned to work from here, but the broadband was bad, maximum rate seen was 10mbps, the majority of the nights, Netflix worked OK but did encounter some buffering. Unfortunately there were no oven dishes, so we were limited on what could be cooked. Could have done with more fans as it was 26 degrees at night, and being on a busy road, tough to have the windows open. Very homely and great location for the beach! ##### James F. I’ve been promising my Dad since before Covid to take him on the steam train from swanage, to have a day at Sandbanks and to do the chain ferry over to Studland. The apartment was perfectly situated to achieve my aim. The huge plus for this place is its proximity to sandbanks without the extortionate price tag, the slight drawback is the busy road outside and lack of off street parking- all of which was explained before we booked. We were able to load and unload our car in the bus stop lay-by directly outside and didn’t have a problem finding a place to park very nearby. The apartment itself was very clean. Very well decorated and well equipped. We had a problem with the shower the day that we arrived and I was amazed that Joe got a plumber out the next day and had the full shower replaced. Great communication and great service. Overall the apartment provided a really nice base for a lovely weekend away. My only recommendation to the management team would be to install a handrail on the stairs. The absence of this did hinder my Dad who is 81 and relies on a rail for safety. ##### Amanda K. There were only 4 chairs and a small table. Sinks were slow to drain or would not hold water because they have faulty plugs. Soap dispenser did not work. 7 guests 4 chairs!! ##### Francis H. He said access was 2 short flights but one flight had 15 steep steps which was a problem When we arrived none of the 4 tvs were working. The management company sent someone who tried for 2 hours without success. We had no to access during stay except for Netflix. The host had said we could access channels via Wi-Fi but message on tv was not programmed The shower was terrible needing descaling and running hot and cold. The sink in the toilet was blocked. I advised the host of these 2 things on Saturday morning via Vrbo site but got no response. On my return on 28th I messaged the host and management company mentioning these issues but had no reply from either. I waited until today Saturday to give them a chance to reply but still no response I feel that this was not the standard of stay I was expecting and had paid for and feel this needed to be reported with some compensation ##### Mike J. Located on a main road between Sandgate and Poole. They were both nice places. Neither were walking distance so it was good we had a car. Apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. My family liked that there was a TV in every room. Only drawback was that the road noise bothered me at night. ##### Lauren M.
