This 9th floor, two bedroom apartment is conveniently located just a couple of minutes from numerous wonderful restaurants and bars, five minutes walk to the main shopping area and just a minutes\` walk from the Quay and all its activities. A beautiful apartment, furnished in a contemporary style. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from a wrap-around corner balcony with wonderful harbour views. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) ensuite bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double) and a family bathroom (bath with shower over). Parking - One allocated parking space in the developments own gated area. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryer. Technology - WIFI. 32 inch Smart TV in the lounge.
