Ground floor living room with electric fire and dining area with doors leading to the conservatory and garden area. Separate fully fitted kitchen. Ground floor shower room with sink and toilet. Stairs to first floor. Master bedroom with a 6ft superkingsize double bed (that can be split into 2x 3ft single beds upon request), built-in wardrobes and a dressing table. The master bedroom also has a pull-out 3ft single bed that can be made upon request. Second bedroom has a 5ft kingsize double bed (this can be split into 2x 2ft 6 singles beds upon request), a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table.
