"We had a really fantastic experience at La Ninfa hotel. From check in until check out Alessandro and all his staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We had a room with a perfect view of the river. The breakfast is delicious with a lovely selection of food. "Giuseppe and Cinzie were absolutely lovely hosts - very helpful but not intrusive at all. There was a gorgeous welcome pack of food, beers, wine and home made limoncello which was fabulous! The house was perfect for us and Bagni Di Lucca is a great location, especially to go and see the numerous hilltop villages nearby alongside your tourist towns such as Lucca and Florence. We would highly recommend La Zinobita to anyone who wants to stay in a lovely place in Tuscany! Grazie Mille Giuseppe and Cinzie! "
"We didn’t stay as it was disgracefully dirty and the owners didn’t care. Told us we hadn’t paid for a room with a view when we complained about looking out at brick wall and scaffolding. Said we could move rooms for additional €75 per night but this room was as bad as the first one. Advertised spa didn’t exist, Refused to refund us "
"This place was very tastefully renovated and decorated and even has a pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was amazing with so many choices of both sweet and savory options. Filippo made a great cappuccino every morning and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it felt private, there were restaurants, bars, bakeries, and public transportation within walking distance. Truly a hidden gem!"
