Large apartment with lots of natural light. It has recently been refurbished featuring 1 room, 1 cozy and comfortable room with one double bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a small balcony. It has available linen, towels and amenities for your comfort. Wi-Fi, telephone and free TV.

The apartment is reserved entirely for our guests. They have access to all areas, television, Internet and washing machine.

We will welcome you in the apartment at the time combined for check-in. We deliver the keys and we give you some tips for your holidays, where to eat, where to go and what to visit. These tips are always valuable one a fantastic visit to our island. We are also always available for any questions during your stay.

The Garden apartment - Ponta Delgada is located in Ponta Delgada near the Garden António Borges, Atlantic Shopping Center Park and the main access roads to other island sights as the Seven Cities, Fire and Furnas lagoon.
The area is very quiet with parking space available in front of the building.

Our stay in Ponte Delgado was amazing. The apartment lived up to our expectations and was made even better by João. He met us at the apartment and took time to show us how everything worked. He took even more time to sit down with us and go over a map of the “must see” places of Sao Miguel. All of his recommendations were spot on. The only disappointment was that we didn’t think of taking a picture of this wonderful man. Thank you João.

Perfekte Unterkunft in der Nähe des Zentrums von Ponta Delgada

Unsere erste Reise zu den Azoren führte uns zur Insel São Miguel und in deren Hauptstadt Ponta Delgada. Wir wurden in der Wohnung von Herrn João sehr freundlich empfangen! Uns wurden alle Einrichtungsgegenstände gezeigt und die Handhabung der Küchengeräte erklärt. Ausserdem haben wir viele Informationen über die Umgebung der Wohnung, Ponta Delgada und Ausflugsziele auf São Miguel erhalten. Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wurde die Wohnung durch ein freundliches Personal gereinigt. Es wurden auch die Bettwäsche, sowie die Dusch-und Handtücher gewechselt. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts von zwei Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt und was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Stadtzentrums. Nach ca. 15 Gehminuten durch den wunderschönen António Borges Park und über einige schmale Bürgersteige, erreicht man die Altstadt von Ponta Delgada und die Uferpromenade. Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein grosses Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt! Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkplätze, die zwischen 9 und 16 Uhr oft belegt sind. Man findet jedoch immer in der Nähe eine Parkmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, obwohl sie sich in einem grösseren Gebäude befindet. Hausbewohner, die wir im Flur trafen, waren sehr freundlich! Wir haben von Ponta Delgada aus die Insel São Miguel erkundet. Die schönen Städte, die malerischen Dörfer, das Meer und die grossartige Natur haben alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir können jedem, der Ferien in besonders schöner Umgebung und weit abseits vom Massentourismus machen möchte, die Insel São Miguel und als Unterkunft die Wohnung von Herrn João und Frau Beatriz empfehlen!

Great Visit

Visiting Ponta Delgada was very nice, so many beautiful sceneries to see. Apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance to the Atlantique Park Mall and Grocery store. We were 25 minutes walking to the Marina with lots of Restaurants to choose from. We hired a taxi for the day and he showed us many beautiful sites. We were going to rent a car but decided not to, it's not an easy place to drive to if you are not familiar with area. All in all we had a good visit.

clean and comfortable accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment. It has everything that you need for a stay in Ponta Delgada. We were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go in the city and it was easy to access tours for other places on the island. It would also be easy to have a car at this location.

a perfect stay

My husband and I have visited Sao Miguel many times but this was the first time we actually stayed in Ponta Delgada. This apartment was the perfect choice. We were met by the apartment managers, Manuela and her husband and they explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and recommended good dining options. The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood and you definitely have the feel of living with the locals, which was great. The location is very convenient to shopping for groceries and the nearby shopping center has a good assortment of stores. We love to walk and walking to the center of town was a daily treat. The apartment is very clean and very comfortable. Nice queen size bed, comfortable with lovely linens. Kitchen nicely arranged with nice dishes, pots, pans etc. Washing machine in unit and great area for drying clothes. This is a perfect place to stay in Ponta Delgada.
