"Fantastic hotel with exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was immaculate, and the peaceful setting, combined with the beautiful views of the grounds from our ground-floor room, made it the perfect place to relax. Malmaison Brighton

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely overnight stay at the Malmaison. There was some confusion about breakfast being included due to booking through Hotels.com but the staff got it sorted for us quickly. Before booking I needed to check that we had interconnecting rooms and the staff member who I spoke to was realy helpful making sure a note was put on our booking. The check in was quick and the rooms were really lovely. We needed different bedding due to a feather allergy and this was given to us quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The view from the restaurant of the marina was very pleasant and we appreciated the terrace where we could sit and enjoy the view. It is a lovely walk around the marina, we visited the RNLI shop which also has kit available for the kids to try on. It is a short walk to the beach from the hotel as well. Parking is convenient on floor 6 of the Marina multistory carpark."
