"The hotel is walking distance to the airport or you can get a shuttle for 15 lotzy. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast buffet is extensive. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Staff at the front desk is unpleasant. When I booked my mom‘s the room I immediately texted the hotel that all is paid incl. breakfast and that mom should not be asked for any additional money at the time of checking in etc. Of course nobody „remember“ and the receptionist was adamant with the request that my mom pays upfront for bar use either 500zl or 100zl. Mom called me; I then talked over the phone with the receptionist and he still was pressing upfront payout incl. that he could send the link to pay to me. I was livid at that point. I asked to speak with the manager and mentioned that it is again the same story at this hotel. Eventually my mom signed the document that she will not be using anything from the room‘s bar. What the hotel did later was below 4-5 star hotel - they came and remove the room bar. I have never and my mom too, been treated at the top rated hotels like that. We will never stay in or recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Great hotel with good vibe to its coffee/bakery shop area. Enjoyed our stay but disappointed by communications with staff. We reported 3 bikes that weren’t road worthy but they left them where they were for other guests to pick up and find the same faults. No VIP Expedia upgrade was offered (although we were happy with our room) and no Expedia VIP meal discount accepted in the breakfast despite being advised of its validity. If VIP offers are going to be promoted they should be readily available when guests arrive. "
