When I first arrived I thought the property was beautiful! The grounds were nice. The pools nice. The beach near the hotel AMAZING!! Our cottage was pretty nice. My biggest gripe, the room cleaning. I guess it’s only every other day unless you call and request it daily. Trash piles up really quick. Our bathroom was clean at first glance but it wasn’t great. Our sink never drained, the toilet was non stop running (we had to wiggle the thing all the time). We had to call for shower towels almost nightly. I had to request coffee cups and pods a few times. The floors never really seemed to get swept and counters were never wiped down. I felt dirty no matter how much I cleaned. I cleaned a lot, which sucks when you go on vacation and pay so much (after saving for ever) I just wanted to relax. The hotel was nice, but the cleaning thing in its self would stop me from staying there again.

This place is serene and perfect for that peaceful stay in Kauai!!! We were 2 families with kids stayed here (June 2026), starting from the check in till the checkout it’s was a blissful! Philippe from the front desk was wonderful, he in fact helped in advising on few aspects. Rooms were clean and neat, top notch and breakfast was what it can be for an Inn!!! It was fabulous kids loved the bagels and fruits!! Cheers! I will definitely stay here again!!!
