Fantastic location for all you’d want to do in Kauai, but you could also stay and never need to leave the property. The design of property, especially pool areas, were a safe place for our kids to play and roam. Staying at Koloa Landing Resort is one of the best family vacation experiences we’ve had. "Our stay in Bob's condo was excellent. It was our first time on Kauai and the location was perfect for exploring the south coast areas, and also an easy drive to Lihue and the north coast too. The small beach across the street is one of the best snorkeling beaches in all of Kauai, and the Beach House restaurant was really enjoyable too.Check in info was great, communication with Bob was also very good. Amenities in the condo were excellent, it was super helpful to have all the beach necessities right there for us. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely come back!"

"This was the perfect location for a trip with my hubby. The unit was exactly as described with a beautiful view in a quiet laid back complex. We were across the street from great snorkeling and a 5 minute drive away from Poipu Beach with more great snorkeling and sea turtles and Koloa with shopping and numerous restaurants. Jane (the owner) was extremely responsive, stocked the unit with the essentials we needed, and even left us some chocolates. "
