"The property itself is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are definitely aging and we could only get lukewarm water. The smart bidet did not work at all. Absolutely not worth what we were charged, but we made the best of it as it was a local getaway for dinner and a night out."

"Beautiful stay, very kind and attentive host. The unit is centrally located in the property, very easy to get to, and very clean. Furniture is functional, but not comfortable. The bed is very firm and probably should be updated. There is no smart tv for those that like to stream (especially with kids), just cable. Laundry in unit is super convenient. Had essentials stocked, although scarce and limited (we ran out of trash bags).Took us a visit to the beach to understand that the beach on the property is Kiahuna Beach and has very rough surf - not suitable for young children. Poipu beach (3 minute drive) is much better, has a playground, restaurants, and is where the turtles are! No easy way to walk through the property to Poipu that we could find. Didnt love the beach towel card system that Castle Resorts had- wasn’t logistically great for us with a toddler. But we would absolutely stay again. The location and the host were great!"

"Radoslav was incredible to work with! He was so kind and communicative whenever needed. We really loved staying in his condo at Kiahuna Plantation. Having AC in the unit was a must- it was very hot and muggy, especially at the beginning of our trip, and the AC made all the difference for a comfortable stay. The condo was cute and well equipped - loved the living room furniture! Relaxing on the lanai was wonderful. It is further back on the property but only a short walk to the beach. We actually really loved being tucked away in the beautiful greenery/flowers. Plenty of working, clean BBQs on-site for grilling. My boys (12 & 15) enjoyed playing catch and running around the lawns.Radoslav arranged for a rollaway bed for one of my kids so that they didn't have to share the sleeper sofa. My son who slept on the sofa bed slept well and said it was comfortable. Thank you so much for making our last minute trip to Kauai so great!"

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is HUGE with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We especially appreciated that the second bedroom had both a twin and a queen. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (including a rice cooker, ziplocks, spices, etc.) and there was a ton of beach gear to use. The grounds were beautiful and we were delighted with the location and proximity to the beach. But what made this unit absolutely shine was the host. "Auntie Kim", as the front desk called her, went so far out of her way to take great care of us. She provided a map of the complex ahead of time, helpful insider hints for nearby activities, local markets, etc. Her communication was absolutely impeccable. When Kim discovered we had a late flight home, she OFFERED the possibility of a complimentary late check out (if no one else was checking in on the same day). We have stayed at countless vacation rentals all over the world and this is the first time I have ever had a host proactively offer a late checkout. Not only that, a few days prior to our departure, Kim INITIATED an email to reception to ask for a late checkout for us. We were amazed and so grateful! We cannot recommend this host highly enough. Stay with Kim!"
