"The property itself is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are definitely aging and we could only get lukewarm water. The smart bidet did not work at all. Absolutely not worth what we were charged, but we made the best of it as it was a local getaway for dinner and a night out."

"This was truly one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious how much thought and care had been put into every single detail. The apartment is incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Although I didn't personally cook during our stay, I couldn't help noticing how fully stocked the kitchen was — every appliance, utensil, and little detail was there, even things like whisks and other cooking tools you would never normally expect to find in a vacation rental. The same attention to detail extends throughout the entire property. There were snorkeling masks, beach chairs, umbrellas, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent — honestly, everything you might possibly need during your stay. The washer and dryer were also excellent, especially the dryer, which dried everything perfectly and surprisingly quickly, usually within about an hour. The property itself is beautiful, with a gorgeous garden, wonderful views, and the ocean within easy walking distance. But what made this place especially memorable is that it doesn't feel like a rental at all. It feels like someone's beautifully cared-for home. Every detail — the lighting, lamps, blankets, pillows, and all the little touches throughout the apartment — feels intentional and prepared with genuine love and care. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and everyone we interacted with was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome messages and communication throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the people who manage this property. You can truly feel the level of care they put into making their guests comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly, highly recommended!"

"First time here and great place to stay. Came with my wife and four kids. Kids loved the pool, the grill was great and awesome outdoor area with gorgeous views. Room was just remodeled, great kitchen and two nice rooms. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Great location. Close to many stores."

"This unit was spacious, very clean, and had the most beautiful flowering tree hanging over the front lanai. It was a short walk to Poipu beach - which was a great place to snorkel and watch the green sea turtles and monk seals come in to rest in the evening. The grounds surrounding the condo were immaculate, manicured, and fit the vision of a tropical oasis. The communication with the property management was great, and the unit had most everything we needed. A suggestion for the unit would be to include another fan and an extension cord to reach the limited outlets. It was VERY hot and very humid during some of the days of our stay. It would have helped to have one more fan to get the air circulating throughout the large unit. We would definitely stay here again (just without a hurricane/tropical storm the next time)."

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"

"The location was great and the walk to the beach was short and beautiful. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, and body boards. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out to the lawn area, the pool, and the beach directly from our sliding glass door. Just one note, there is no central air, but that seems common in the area. There was, however, an air conditioner in the main bedroom which was grately appreciated."

"I would just second all of the positive comments by the prior guests in their VRBO reviews of this well-maintained property in a beautiful, convenient location. But I'll emphasize two things that stood out to me. First, the easy and responsive communication with our host, Ian. He was quick to respond to messaging, answering with a phone call - so refreshing these days! And quick to address two small issues. Second, to relate what a pleasure it was in the morning to sip coffee and enjoy our bowl of cereal from the screened-in front porch - enjoying the feel of the sea breeze, the sound of the ocean surf a short distance away and the view of the boogie boarders riding the waves. Can't imagine a much better experience on this magical island."
