"The staff did not know where the shuttle picks up at the airport when I called and as I was getting conflicting information from airport personnel, it delayed my arrival."

"The customer service was amazing! Attentive staff and front desk. They offered me early checkin which was very unexpected for a busy holiday weekend. Attended comic com and concert at MSG! Loved this location...walked to Times Square, Fifth Ave, Empire State building! Quiet location with plenty coffee, pubs, & bagels on the block! Room was spacious for family of 4, comfy, clean, and best shower due to water pressure especially after walking all day! Roof top restaurant was a great place to reset! They front desk set us up airport transportation which was an added convenience! 5 Stars!"

"Location is great, hotel is clean. Rooms are a bit small for 2 ppl. Bathroom was tight and no bathrobes. Circular Check in table area was not welcoming. Not sure who was staff and who were guests. Overall location, cleanliness and modern design was good."

"We had a great stay for a week at the Public and loved the rooftop views! The noise level was a bit high very late at night and could hear music and yelling until about 5AM on a Saturday night. Cafe and amenities were excellent and it is in a great walkable area near a lot of NYC sights. Room design was very cool and found the bed comfortable. Overall, it felt very trendy and noticed a lot of locals use it for coworking space on weekdays."
