"Hotel itself was wonderful. Great staff, super clean and renovated facilities, and wide brightly lit hallways. Parking was a little obnoxious - while Expedia claims you can park for $20/night, that's not true. That is a member's only price not accessible to visitors so you pay $25/night but you get in-and-out privileges and they're open 24 hrs a night so it's doable. Just make sure you sign up to park with them immediately when you drive in.. if you try to park in temp parking and go check in first, they'll boot your car lol. Luckily it was easily resolved when that happened to me. Only hotel downside is that the surrounding neighbourhood is sketchy and I would refrain at all costs from walking around outside at night... But luckily you have those in-and-out privileges, eh? "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriot Saddle Brook with my family and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked coffee station, and plenty of charging outlets. What truly stood out to me was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was courteous, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The amenities were just as impressive. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. "I was seriously impressed by because customer service of this property, everyone was so nice!. Also was a bit surprised to see how incredibly quiet this part of New York is. sleeping just a half block from or so many lives were lost on 9/11, you can feel the peace. Not even a siren was Heard throughout the night. Wonderful breakfast place just around the corner across from the 911 museum & a 3 minute walk from the fountains. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also they provide complimentary water with water stations on every floor, super nice touch! "
