Vollausgestattete Küche, zwei Bäder mit jeweils Toilette und Dusche, Ess- und Wohnbereich bieten alles, was für die zweite Heimat gewünscht ist. Ein Stellplatz direkt an der Wohnung kann auch für einen Lieferwagen verwendet werden. Die Wohnung wurde letztes Jahr komplett neu renoviert.
