"The staff was rude we couldn’t get dinner reservations there were only a few places to eat! No transportation the hotel had roaches the elevators in the buildings did not work the bedding was stained and filthy!!!! It stinks I give it zero stars"

"Very chill and relaxed environment . The staff was great . Even though the seaweed was bad during, our time at the pool area and around the resort made up for it. Abraham and Carlos at the pool area were great. Went with a group of 16 and we all had a blast."
