Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), about 40 miles away. Drive time varies based on traffic, usually taking around 45 minutes to 1 hour. A designated parking spot is available, and free street parking is also an option. We strongly recommend renting a car when, since public transportation is limited in the area. Other Things to Note: We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out. The cost of electricity is included in the nightly rate of up to 50 KW per day. If you go over the daily allotment, consumption is charged at 3.50 pesos per KW. For long-term stays, electricity is not included. You just pay for your electricity used. Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $90 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $90; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($180 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $90 will be charged.
