Beautiful condo by the beach

  • Escape to our Playa del Carmen oasis! A serene one-bedroom condo awaits with a king-size bed, balcony views of a pool waterfall, and lush garden. Explore a pristine beach a block away, equipped with condo-provided chairs and umbrella. Enjoy enchanting night walks on beautifully lit streets. Fifth Avenue's vibrant restaurants and shops are steps away. Revel in tranquility amid the heart of Playa del Carmen – a perfect blend of convenience and peace for your dream vacation.

    The space
    Our condo is in a great building , close to everything but far from noises. It has a very convenient seven eleven in the corner, pharmacy and great Italian restaurant in the premises as well. Tou can enjoy the pool, waterfall and lounge chairs and tables. There is a grill by the pool that you can use as well. First come, first served.

    Other things to note
    We include a regular use of electricity of 21kw per day. The extra kw will be charged extra at 2.5 pesos per kw.
