The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame.

"Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car.
The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."
"It was our second stay in Los Abrigos and we loved it even more than the first time. Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress. The hotel is very clean, with good functional kitchen, good insulation.

"Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "
Lovely 4 Bed Villa to rent in Amarilla Golf with heated pool and sea views

"The villa is located in a lovely street in a quiet section of the golf resort. The villa was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The pool was kept clean however due to winds and the time of year there was a drop of seeds and leaves from the palm trees in the garden. However this was sorted easily. Check in was very easy. There were minor issues which were sorted rapidly. The pool is heated by a solar unit, the temperature of the water didn’t get much above 20 degrees - probably due to time of year and weather - it was a bit chilly for most except a few hardy children / teens.Could do with a few refreshers including sharper knives and extra oven shelf but these are minor points.On days of rain there was a smell from the downstairs en-suite, which doesn’t have a door between in and the bedroom, which was unpleasant but this did pass. I think this a common and uniform problem. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommmend. "
"The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. It was clean and overall good value for the money I gave. My room and parts of the hotel was dated and in need of repairs. If they renovated and upgraded the hotel it would be 4 or 5 star. It is near the bus stop with access to pick ups for trips and to visit local towns."
