"We had great time at Ona Alborada. We must to thank the whole staff, in particular Vanessa, Giorgia, Carlos and Carlos the Reception Manager for being looking after us. Special thanks to the breakfast staff as fot being the holy Easter week, they have been over any expectation. They were all and above , massive queue every morning outside but very smooth going through...the lady welcoming us at the breakfast was just amazing and was also everywhere during breakfast time. The whole staff i have to say very attentive and professional at the top level. For an easy place like that they would deserve 10 stars, not only 5. To everyone, a massive thank you for making our short holiday break memorable!!! Pretty sure we will see you soon again!!!"

"No water in pool ,building work in next apartment. Vrbo refunded 100 and we still felt ripped off . Could have got apartment near beach for much less money . Instead we paid extra for private pool and it was shared with 4 apartments. Sunbeds next to living room of downstairs apartment and no water in pool . "
