"I was disappointed that I did not get at least complimentary 2 bottles of water for my tea and coffee. I know since Covid many things have changed in hotels, like toothbrushes etc. but water is, I feel essential for the coffee and tea that was provided. Other items I can live without. On the positive side, your staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I felt welcome and the stay was relaxing. Since I mostly dealt with the women at Reception, please thank them for dealing with TV issues and help with food orders since it was Monday and the family restaurant was closed. I don't eat packaged foods that were available at the hotel, but ended up eating them since I was hungry and tired and just wanted sleep. St. Jacobs was also closed. It would be helpful to have a map of restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive of the hotel for tired and hungry travelers. "

"I love that the kitchenette is usable, and there is access to BBQs and outdoor seating spaces. The pool is clean and salt water. The rooms are clean, functional, have enough space, and many things have been thought of that I find convenient. For example the desk is on wheels so it can be moved to whatever location is best. There is ample storage. The couch has a nice reclining option and there are many options for surfaces to use. This is now my preferred hotel to stay at in Brantford."

"I've been a frequent visitor and been staying in this hotel whenever we are in Kitchener since 2018 and it never failed to always make us feel comfortable since from its old management to its new management. The covenience around the area has been our preference next to comfort. Highly recommended! The new management has done a job well done in upgrading the interiors of the hotel. It is more modernized and has a very well lighted rooms. Also the blackout curtains is literally black out. Hard to tell when its day or night unless we open them up. We will always keep on coming back there . "
