"The owner lives a couple doors over, so will meet you to let you in. The place is a little dated and the stairs are loud going up and down them. Shower is a little small, but it works and the water was nice and hot! All went well, I have no issues or complaints. I made sure to clean everything up before I left."

"Highly recommend. This house is ideal for a larger party (we had 7). It was super clean and well appointed. The large dining room table fit nine for games and meals. The host was very responsive through the whole process including when our Internet went down briefly. Bonus - full one bedroom apartment at the top provides an extra bath and kitchen as well as a bed. The neighborhood is typical for mid-town, rough around the edges in spots but close to downtown, the Plaza, and stadiums."

"we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. "Mia was very quick to get back to me on any questions I had. The house was clean and comfortable! The location seemed to be perfect for what we needed. We were 16-18 minutes from everything!!! Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time on our KC girls’ trip! Great house, quiet, clean. Plenty of room for the four of us to spread out. Location was perfect for us. Owner responded quickly and was gracious to allow us to park a car in the driveway before check-in. Appreciated too the bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas the owner provided. Loved the spacious front porch, where we sat one morning to talk and enjoy the beautiful morning. Overall, I would highly recommend."

The main areas of the house had more than enough room for all of us to gather and catch up. There are many, many bedrooms that were found in all parts of the house that worked well for our group. "Overall great property for the price. It is a five-minute walk to the Federal Reserve Bank of KC/Money Museum and the National WWI Museum. Also close to Crown Center. The only negative was the primary bath shower curtain, while it looked clean, it had a mildew smell. I would stay here again."

"We were visiting KC to do some house shopping and could not have been more lucky to have landed at this home. Our stay was wonderful and the house was very clean, and the interior was very well decorated. The home is very centrally located and is a short 10 minute drive to basically everything in the Northland. The host of the home reached out and provided toys and scooters and safety gates as she knew we were coming in town with toddlers and an infant. She even provided recommendations on where...
