Placencia Resort
Do not stay at this hotel. The resort is nice, but they double-charged for my room. I paid Expedia for the room, but the resort charged me again. Both the resort and Expedia are refusing to issue a refund. If you want to risk theft, this is the place to stay.

Our cabana had 2 beds, for 3 persons cabana #3. Description was real and honest, A/C worked and helped with the bar noise. The beach was taken care of, clean, all recommendations were spot on and appreciated. The cabana did not have the second doors with the net only. The water pressure in the shower ...

GOLD STANDARD - Pointe House, tip of peninsula , walk to village, 1 BR/2 BA
The property was well equipped with everything we needed. It's was clean and comfortable. Rosa was super nice and helped us with any questions that we had. The pool was clean and refreshing. We would definitely return to this property.
